Tech-focused STR Setup

We rely on a variety of smart technologies including locks, cameras, gateways, and Z-Wave to provide a seamless experience for you and your guests. We also offer the integration of a smart thermostat that adjusts temperatures based on booking schedules, and are working on incorporating voice assistants and smart switches. The cost of these devices is borne by you as part of the setup process. Rest assured, we select devices that are compatible with our systems and that we trust on our properties.

Initial stock of expendable supplies for STR

During the setup process, we require an initial stock of expendable supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, coffee and accompaniments, and dish and laundry detergents. This is a one-time provision from your side as we handle these supplies at no extra cost throughout our management contract. We are committed to creating a simple, no-confusion management approach.

Towels and linens for STR management

Towels and Linens

We ask you to provide the initial sets of towels and linens including 3 full sets of linens per bed, a high-quality mattress protector for each bed, high-quality pillow protectors for each pillow, and 2 each of bath towel, hand towel, and wash cloth per listed guest for maximum occupancy. While we manage these items at no additional cost, we do not cover the cost of comforters or pillows.

Transparent Startup Costs

We believe in transparency and our startup costs reflect that. Generally, we charge a $500 setup fee which covers the integration of smart technology, listing creation and optimization, and taking your property online. Professional photographs, while at your cost, bring immense value to your property. As every property is unique, we can provide a more detailed estimate upon request. We aim to provide a no-surprises experience for our clients.
