Our smart locks allow guests to check in and out with ease, while also providing a secure and convenient way to access the property. The cameras ensure that the property is secure at all times, and the noise sensors help to maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests. These advanced technologies provide us with the ability to keep a watchful eye on your property, while also ensuring that guests can enjoy their stay with peace of mind. We believe that providing these features is an important part of delivering a high-quality vacation rental experience. It is a small investment compared to the many benefits they provide. Owners can rest easy knowing that their property is secure and that guests are enjoying a safe and comfortable stay. Generally the cost for these devices will be at a cost to the owner of about $800 per property, but prices change so an exact number will always be given when signing up with us. Expendables
We believe in providing a hassle-free experience for both owners and guests. That's why we cover expendables after the initial set is purchased, so that our owners don't have to worry about verifying our purchases and can easily trust our accounting. We understand that trusting a vacation rental manager can be a challenge, and keeping track of all the expenses can leave a lot of gray areas. That's why we take care of purchasing expendables such as paper towels, toilet paper, and other necessary supplies, and by covering these expenses, owners can rest assured that their property is always fully stocked and ready for guests, and they can easily trust our accounting and expense reports. This provides owners with peace of mind, allowing them to focus on other aspects of managing their property and ensuring a positive guest experience. We charge a basic supply fee of $265 per kitchen, $160 per bathroom, and $50 per washer and dryer. However, we understand that these costs can vary depending on the specific needs of each property, and we'll provide a full cost at the time of signup.By ensuring that each property is fully stocked with the necessary supplies, we can guarantee that guests will have everything they need during their stay. We understand that some management companies may not mention these costs, but we believe in being transparent with our clients. Furthermore, the difference with us is that after the initial supply charge, the cost stops with us. We take care of restocking and purchasing new supplies as needed, so owners don't have to worry about these expenses.
Towels and Sheets
We believe in providing transparent and upfront pricing for all our services. As part of this commitment, we charge a flat start up rate for towels and sheets based on the bed size. This includes $120 per king-size bed, $100 per queen-size bed, and $80 per twin bed.In addition, we charge $20 per listed guest for towels. These costs may vary depending on the specific needs of each property, and we'll provide an upfront cost to owners at the time of signup. While some management companies may not mention these costs, we believe in being transparent with our clients. We want our owners to have a clear understanding of all costs associated with managing their vacation rental, without having to contact us or have someone try to sell them. This is also the last time you will pay for towels and sheets while we manage your property.
