Why We Started

As a property owner I was faced with the fact no management company was offering anything close to reasonable rates. The short term and vacation rental market offered a unique path to greater revenue, but property managers had already found away to make all of that their own. My management company at the time was putting me in the red, but I lived 2 hours away, so I was faced with a huge dilemma. In the end, I had to figure out a means to manage my own properties from a distance, as I was not in a situation where moving was really an option. I had to devise a system that was going to work without me being there but could also deliver a top notch guest experience. Long story short, I found a way to do it, and when COVID hit I got the opportunity to get into all my units and really start looking at how I could streamline processes. With my background being in Systems Engineering I was able to develop a number of systems, some very old fashioned and others that relied on smart technology, to shape very efficient and cost effective management approach. I mentioned to a few people that I could provide management services in that town for 10% and word started to spread. Within a year I had picked up 9 more units from 4 different owners, two in another city. It was clear the demand was there, so I set out to create a national brand of short term and vacation rental management. I built out a software stack that scales down costs as we grow, but is capable of essentially limitless growth and now we are off to the races.

Where Are We Going

Anywhere and everywhere. There services that we provide are invaluable to short term and vacation rental investors and there is a need for us everywhere. There are no limits on how big we can grow and nothing is going to stop us from becoming a national and eventually a global brand. The sky is the limit and we are going to reach it.
