All properties are equipped with noise and occupancy monitoring devices, strictly monitoring the decibel level and do not record any sound, and exterior cameras to monitor the entryways of the property, which can and will include the back yard when applicable. Any attempts to disarm or disable these devices, which also includes the wifi, will result in immediate removal from the property without refund.
