All Complete BnB properties are priced though software and we advertise our best possible prices, so we do not discount or make special offers. When you stay with Complete BnB you can count on a hotel quality stay that starts with professional cleaners, of which any housekeeping fees you pay are paid directly to, and we also offer Tres Seme hair products, Charmin ultra-soft toilet paper, and a number of other high-quality items to provide you with the same exceptional experience no matter where you stay. There is always a person ready to assist you, whether by phone or in person when needed, but we want you to have a haste free stay you can enjoy without any need for assistance. We use smart locks to provide you with a code to use for access to the property that works only for the duration of your stay, and you will receive your check-in information within 24 hours of booking and again the morning before your stay. No shared codes or lockboxes and there is no need to have any unnecessary contact with others to access the properties. The only thing we value more than your experience is your safety. 

House Rules

Parties are strictly prohibited, and are defined as being over the stated number of guests on the reservation without prior approval of the host. There is zero tolerance on this policy and any parties and will result in immediate removal from the property without refund. Ask any questions related to gatherings prior to booking to avoid any confusion. We want you to have a good time at our properties, but we want to make sure you, the neighbors, and any other guests or visitors remain safe.

All properties are equipped with noise and occupancy monitoring devices, strictly monitoring the decibel level and do not record any sound, and exterior cameras to monitor the entryways of the property, which can and will include the back yard when applicable. Quiet hours unless otherwise stated are from 9 PM until 7 AM. Any attempts to disarm or disable these devices, which also includes the wifi, will result in immediate removal from the property without refund.

If pets are allowed, what kind of pets, and how many will be stated by property and if you have any questions please ask ahead of booking. Failure to disclose a pet or pets even for pet friendly units will result in immediate removal from the property without refund. Pet waste need to be picked up and placed in a sealed container/bag before disposing of it in an exterior trash can. Do not bring pet waste into the unit. Any additional costs for cleaning or picking up after pets will be charged back to guests.  

These rules are harshly worded because that is required by the booking sites for them to be enforced. Please ask any questions you have in regards to the rules prior to booking. These rules are designed to create a safe environment for you and those around you during your stay.
